VSP Vision Eyes of Hope Gift Certificates Program

VSP Vision™ Eyes of Hope® gift certificates (formerly known as VSP® Sight for Students®) provide access to free vision care for students in need. Each certificate covers a comprehensive eye exam and, if prescribed, new glasses from a VSP network doctor’s office in the student’s community. Details about the coverage and how to find a doctor are outlined on the certificate.

UPDATE-Thank you for your interest in VSP VisionTM Eyes of Hope ® gift certificates to support your community. Due to a significant increase in requests and redemptions of gift certificates, VSP will not be accepting requests for new certificates starting June 14, 2024 until further notice. VSP will update partners.vspeyesofhope.com once certificates are available. VSP Eyes of Hope appreciates the care you provide to your communities. Previously issued VSP Eyes of Hope gift certificates that have not yet expired will be honored.

Why are you pausing the Gift Certificate program?

 

During the past two years, demand for the Eyes of Hope Gift Certificate program has increased significantly, and utilization has also increased. During this pause, we are taking the opportunity to reimagine and rebuild a more sustainable program that aligns with our corporate purpose of empowering human potential through sight and provides value to our stakeholders. 

When will you start issuing Gift Certificates again? When should I check in to see if you are issuing Gift Certificates again? 

We will update partners.vspeyesofhope.com and notify our national charitable partners once we relaunch the program and certificates are available. . 

Are you canceling the Gift Certificate program?

No, we’re pausing new requests for VSP Eyes of Hope gift certificates while restructuring the program.  

Where can we get help for our constituents while the program is paused?

Please visit mobileclinics.vspeyesofhope.com to see if the VSP Eyes of Hope mobile clinic will be in your area.
