Welcome San Diego/Imperial Section 2024-25 School Nurses!

 As the 2024-2026 president, I am delighted to extend a warm invitation to you to join the California School Nurse Organization (CSNO). Our organization is a vibrant community of dedicated professionals committed to advancing the field of school nursing and promoting the health and well-being of students across California.

By becoming a member of CSNO, you'll gain access to a wealth of resources, networking opportunities, and professional development that will enhance your skills and contribute to your success as a school nurse. Our community is built on the shared values of excellence in healthcare, advocacy for students' health, and the continuous pursuit of knowledge.

About San Diego Imperial Section

San Diego County is home to 42 school districts and 119 charter schools, with 769 schools and almost 500,000 students.

The City of San Diego has the second largest school district in California, San Diego Unified School District.

Imperial County is home to sixteen independent school districts. CSNO SD/I provides professional support and education related to school health issues and concerns for school nurses in both San Diego and Imperial Counties.
