Itinerary
July 18, 2024  8:30a-3:00p Conference Planning Committee Meeting-Section President Elects, Incoming President Elects, & State Pres, President-Elect, Past President, NASN, Treasurer, Secretary and Executive Director (Arrival on and Overnight Stay July 17 approved and paid for by CSNO for individuals identified above). Lunch will be served.
July 18, 2024 4:00p-7:00p  CSNO State Board Meeting Section Presidents & State Pres, President-Elect, Past President, NASN, Treasurer, Secretary and Executive Director.  Section President Elects and Incoming President Elects are invited but not required.  (Arrival on and Overnight Stay July 17 approved and paid for by CSNO for individuals identified above). Dinner will be served.
 
July 19, 2024 10:00a-2:30p CSNO New Leader Orientation. If you are new leader to CSNO Leadership, come and join us to learn more about CSNO Nuts and Bolts.  You will learn about who is Robert anyway and why are there so many rules! Agenda, minutes and gosh meetings....... where do I start? Lunch will be served.
 
July 19, 2024  2:30p-5:00p  Get ur picture taken (please wear a solid top/shirt) Heidi Hillis will be here to capture your picture. Just Smile and say CHEEESE!
 
July 19, 2024  5:00p-8:30p  Leadership Summit Kick off- Join us for Dinner, Welcome,  Legislative Update and Networking.

Getting There:
San Francisco International Airport is 5 minutes away with a FREE airport shuttle.  Book your travel early to save money. Economy/coach airfare will be reimbursed only. Train stations include the Millbrae Bart Station (1.7 miles) and the Millbrae Cal Train station (1.3 miles) are the closest to the hotel. Using rental cars for travel will not be reimbursed unless prior approval by the Executive Director is given as needed for travel. It is encouraged that you car pool to save funds. .
 
Parking: Please self-park. Self-parking will be placed on the master account. Hotel valet parking will not be reimbursed.
 
Rooming:  If sharing a room with another CSNO Leadership attendee, your rooms will be completely covered for the entire time you are at CSNO Leadership.  If rooming alone, you will be expected to pay for one night's room cost; unless you have a medical reason.  If you share a room, please note who you will be sharing with.  If you do not have an identified roommate, please let us know and we will make a CSNO Connection. State Board members hosting meetings in their rooms and rooming alone will not be expected to pay for room costs during their stay. This includes State: Awards, Communication, GRC, Membership, Adolescent Health, Early Childhood, School Health Services Leadership, School Nurse Educator and Special Education.
 
Cancellations: Leadership is an exciting time and it is an investment CSNO makes in our up and coming leaders. Please be mindful of your time--last minute cancellations are costly.  Deadline to register for the CSNO Leadership Summit is July , 2024--that is when food orders have been placed. Individuals cancelling after the 1st will be expected to reimburse CSNO funds for their food costs $50 for lunch $75 for dinner and room costs that can not be cancelled.
 
Food: 
Breakfast is on your own. There is a Starbucks in the Hotel as well as a restaurant. Coffee/tea will be served in the morning (except Sunday) in the meeting rooms. Lunch is usually served at 11:45-12:00.
